We have moved from our old space at Tennyson Street. We’re now located at 26 Egmont Street which is one of the lane ways that runs between Ghuznee Street and Dixon Street, just a stones throw from the Wellington hub of Cuba Street.
Following on from the previous post, here are some shots of the rear units.
We recently did some photos for the interiors of the Mt Vic units. Just waiting to get some exterior shots and we’ll put them up in the portfolio. Until then…
Dave (keen bean that he is) snapped this shot on the way to the studio.
The scaff has been dropped at the Mount Victoria Units. Starting to get bit more of a sense of the altered streetscape.
Site meeting yesterday. So here are a couple of street shots of the multi-residential build happening in Mount Victoria. Continue reading

The owners moved into this Roseneath project over xmas. Here of are some shots of the mostly complete exterior.
Welcome to 2018. We’ll be updating the portfolio page soon but in the meantime we can feed through a few snaps taken towards the end of last year. First up, the finished exterior or suitcase house which the owner moved into over xmas. Photos to come soon of the inner lining.
This one has been ongoing while for sometime but completion is in sight. Scaffold starting to come down around the exterior and a good amount of interior finishing is done. Internal joinery and immediate hardscaping around the house edges are on the way.
This small one bedroom house is not far from completion. Being that the owner works for an airline, the site overlooks Wellington Airport and Lyall Bay, and that the size of the house (51sqm incl. garage) reminds you of the luggage that fits conveniently in the overhead compartment of an aeroplane, the suitcase house might be a good name for this project.
Scaffold down and final fix underway for the house up beyond the Brooklyn turbine.
Melrose House has begun.
The skin is growing on the glulam frames at the turbine look out.
The interior of the Roseneath villa has spilled open
Glulam portal frames are in place with the linking members to come.
Some shots of the set out and driven piles being prepared for the first pour of the concrete slab. Continue reading
The alteration up in Wilton is cranking along. The guys on site got the roof on before the rough weather hit so the existing house was spared relying on tarps for the real cold stuff. Not far from being closed in, and the deck bridge structure is in place. Awesome day up on site for these pictures catching the last of the winter western sun.
We have also added a few residential projects. One of which we’ve recently taken through to building consent and another named the PeaBox which has just finished construction. All photos for the built projects are by architectural photographer Andy Spain. Happy viewing….
This is a small but significant addition to a three bedroom house in Wilton, Wellington.
